Client Funds & Protection

Risk disclosure

Trading OTC derivative contracts, including CFDs, is complex and carries a significant risk of loss. Leverage can work against you as well as for you, and it is possible to lose more than your initial deposit. You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose, and make sure you understand how these products work before you start.

Risk disclaimer. Participation in online trading within financial markets carries significant inherent risks, encompassing both the possibility of gains and losses. Clients bear full responsibility for any financial losses and adverse consequences that may culminate in the complete depletion of invested capital.

As an authorised FSP, Black Crown Holdings is required to meet the FSCA's fit-and-proper and conduct standards for how client business is handled. Full detail on the risks specific to the instruments we offer is set out in the Risk Policy on our Terms & Conditions page, and how we handle your personal information is covered in the Privacy Policy on the same page.
